Chemical engineering degree mandatory, postgraduate preferred.

Understands the concepts of DCS systems, basic PID control loops & has experience of tuning PID control loops

Understands Advanced Regulatory Controls (ARC) and has experience in working on ARC schemes.

Understands various operational aspects of a plant and it's inter related operational and economic constraints

Has hands on implementation experience of at least 5 APC projects with support from Lead/Consultant & at least 3 APC projects independently as a lead

Understands & deals with non technical aspects of control room dynamics while working on APC projects

Valuable spoken and written communication skills in English

Understanding project management aspects & ability to apply on APC project

Attitude to learn from more experienced and guide less experienced

Familiarity with Refinery Processes, other Major processes and Process Economics is an added advantage

Two to three years of experience in a major process plant operations and/or technical services is an added advantage

Experience & familiarity with other process solution tools like OTS, MES etc. is an added advantage
