House Construct is looking for an energetic Junior Recruiter to join our HR team and hire talent for our real estate and construction projects. The candidate will manage the hiring cycle from sourcing to joining and work closely with project and site teams.

Job Details

- Location: Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru
- Experience: 2–3 years
- Employment Type: Full-time

- Salary: As per industry standards

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through Apna, Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment consultants.
- Recruit for site engineers, supervisors, sales, administration, and labour roles.
- Screen resumes, contact candidates, and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and site teams.
- Follow up on offers, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain candidate databases and daily hiring trackers.
- Handle urgent hiring requirements and work towards recruitment targets.





Requirements

- 2–3 years of recruitment experience.
- Experience in real estate or construction hiring is preferred.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi; Kannada is an added advantage.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and job portals.
- Ability to handle urgent hiring requirements and meet targets.
- Graduate in any stream; an HR background is an advantage.
