Role Description The Junior Human Resources Generalist is a full time, on-site role based in Thane. This position supports day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding and induction, and helping implement HR policies and procedures. The role includes coordinating employee benefits, supporting benefits administration, and responding to employee queries.

The Junior HR Generalist will assist with payroll inputs,



attendance tracking, and HR documentation, and help organize training sessions and employee engagement activities. The role works closely with senior HR team members to ensure compliance with labor laws and internal standards.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support core HR operations.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and basic understanding of labor laws and regulatory compliance.
- Experience or training in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration, including coordination and documentation.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant internships or entry-level HR experience preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related software or HRIS systems is an advantage.
