Role Description The Junior Architect will support the design team in delivering architecture and interior projects from concept to detailed design, working on-site at the Moradabad studio. This full time role involves assisting with architectural drawings, spatial planning, and design development, as well as preparing 3D models, visualizations, and presentation materials.

Architect will help translate client requirements into coherent design solutions, coordinate with senior team members on design documentation, and contribute to material selection and detailing.



Day-to-day tasks include revising drawings based on feedback, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards, and collaborating with consultants and vendors as directed. The role also includes maintaining organized project files and actively participating in design reviews and internal discussions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong foundational skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, spatial planning, and detailing.
- Candidates should possess relevant Software Development and Integration skills as applied to architectural workflows, such as familiarity with BIM or parametric tools that integrate design data and documentation.
- Candidates should possess Project Management abilities, including task coordination, time management, and basic understanding of project phases and deliverables.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in CAD and 3D modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino), along with rendering tools (e.g., Lumion, V-Ray) and Adobe Creative Suite for presentations.
- Candidates should possess a professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent), strong design portfolio, and knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction processes.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills, attention to detail, willingness to learn, and the ability to collaborate in a studio environment and work on-site in Moradabad.
