Role Description The Junior Architect will support the design and development of architectural projects from concept through execution, working closely with senior architects and project teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing drawings and 3D models, assisting with design documentation, coordinating with consultants, and supporting project reviews and presentations. The role involves conducting site visits, gathering requirements, and contributing to design iterations that align with client needs and regulatory standards.

on-site role based in Rajkot, requiring active collaboration with cross-functional team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to support concept development and detailed drawings.
- Understanding of Software Development and Integration relevant to architectural tools and BIM or CAD workflows.
- Basic Project Management skills, including organizing tasks, tracking timelines, and supporting coordination among project stakeholders.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and familiarity with 3D visualization tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.
- Knowledge of building codes, local regulations, and sustainable design principles is an advantage.
- Effective communication, collaboration, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work on-site in Rajkot and contribute positively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
