Role Overview

- The IIMA Endowment Fund works closely with alumni, donors and the Institute to strengthen alumni engagement and build long-term relationships with the IIMA community.

- We are looking for an organised and proactive individual to support alumni engagement initiatives and the management of the IIMA US Alumni Chapter, including database management, alumni outreach, and compliance and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Alumni Engagement

- Support the planning and execution of alumni engagements, events and other initiatives undertaken by the Endowment Fund.
- Coordinate with alumni and relevant stakeholders to facilitate engagement activities and follow-ups.

- US Alumni Chapter Management

- Maintain and update the US alumni database and records of alumni engagement.
- Support communication and engagement with alumni based in the US.
- Assist in planning and executing initiatives to strengthen alumni participation and engagement with the Chapter.

- Compliance & Reporting

- Support documentation, record-keeping and reporting requirements for the US Alumni Chapter, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organisation.
- Research applicable US non-profit compliance and reporting requirements,



and assist with relevant filings and documentation in coordination with the Chapter’s representatives and professional advisers.
- Track compliance timelines and ensure relevant records are maintained and requirements followed up on in a timely manner.

What we are looking for :
- 3–4 years of experience in the relevant profile.
- Graduate in any discipline; relevant experience in alumni engagement, event coordination, database management or non-profit administration would be an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and database management.
- Positive written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, willing to learn and comfortable conducting research on unfamiliar topics.
- Interest in alumni engagement, community-building and non-profit management.
- Familiarity with US 501(c)(3) requirements would be an advantage but is not essential. The candidate should be willing to research and develop an understanding of the relevant compliance and reporting requirements.
