Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead with robust expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Cloud technologies to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance banking applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Java-based microservices and REST APIs.
- Drive technical design, coding standards, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
- Implement secure, scalable, and fault-tolerant applications using Spring Boot and distributed systems patterns.
- Work with cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot complex technical and production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Mentor developers and collaborate with architects, QA, DevOps, and business teams.
- Ensure application performance,



security, reliability, and delivery quality.

Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Core Java, preferably Java 17+.
- Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, JPA/Hibernate.
- Microservices architecture and REST API development.
- SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git, Maven/Gradle, JUnit, and Mockito.
- Strong knowledge of multithreading, concurrency, JVM performance, and design patterns.
- Technical leadership, mentoring, and production troubleshooting experience.

Preferred Skills
- Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- OAuth 2.0, JWT, Redis, and observability tools.
- Banking/BFSI experience in core banking, digital banking, payments, lending, or financial transaction processing.
