Role OverviewWe are looking for a Communications Analyst to strengthen internal communication campaign measurement, reporting, and visualisation. The ideal candidate will combine data storytelling, social media analytics, community insights, and AI-powered tools to deliver effective reports and actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop campaign performance presentations and reporting decks for senior stakeholders.
- Track and analyse engagement across LinkedIn, Viva Engage, and other social and community platforms.
- Monitor online conversations, engage with communities, respond to comments, and identify emerging trends.
- Create dashboards, charts, infographics, and visual reports to communicate campaign performance.
- Use Claude and Microsoft Copilot with Excel and PowerPoint to improve the efficiency of data analysis, reporting, and presentation development.
- Translate campaign data and engagement metrics into meaningful insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team to optimise future campaigns.

Required Skills




- Strong data storytelling and visualisation skills.
- Experience in campaign performance measurement, analytics, and reporting.
- Good understanding of social media platforms, trends, hashtags, reach, impressions, and engagement metrics.
- Experience in community management and online engagement monitoring.
- Hands-on experience with Claude and Microsoft Copilot for reporting and presentation development.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with solid attention to detail.

Good to Have
- Experience with Viva Engage or similar enterprise social platforms.
- Exposure to internal communications or employer branding.
- Experience preparing reports and presentations for senior management.
