We are looking for a skilled Senior Software Engineer/Developer to join our Product Development POD team, working on enterprise-scale software solutions for a leading provider of human capital management (HCM) products. This role will involve hands-on software development, design, and architecture within an agile team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of full-stack development, cloud-native applications, and modern software engineering practices using Java, JavaScript frameworks, and advanced technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Kafka.





Responsible for building a brand-new cloud native application to compute payrol/retirement 401K/taxes and generate tax returns for our clients. Work with a wide variety of cutting-edge technologies such as Angular, Docker, OpenShift, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Java 11 and Spring framework. We work closely with product and operations to determine how to best design solutions for the application.

Our agile workplace consists of multiple agile teams (product owner, scrum master, analysts, software developers, and test automation engineers) working in two-week sprints. Software is released through Continuous Delivery pipeline leveraging build, test and deployment automation, allowing for frequent releases to our customers and internal partners.
