We are looking for a detail-oriented finance professional to join our global IT Finance team. You will support capital expenditure tracking, expense and budget reconciliation, and vendor invoice processes, and you will work closely with stakeholders across global offices and external vendors. The role suits someone who enjoys working with data, managing recurring reporting cycles, and improving finance processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage CapEx tracking and reporting: reconcile capital expenditure requests and maintain reporting dashboards. Volumes are higher during annual budgeting cycles.
- Create and maintain CapEx codes and requests in the planning system for global offices.
- Reconcile CapEx spend and invoice data each month, including multi-currency validation (USD and local currencies).
- Extract, clean and map monthly actuals from the ERP system and update expense reporting dashboards.
- Run plan-vs-actual reconciliations, including annualised forecasts, across major IT cost categories.




- Run the monthly vendor invoice approval process and resolve invoice queries with vendors and the accounts payable team.
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline recurring finance processes.

What We’re Looking For

- 5–7 years of experience in finance, FP&A;, IT finance or financial operations
- Hands-on experience with EPM/ERP systems, ideally Oracle EPM and SAP
- Strong Excel skills: data cleansing, lookups, mapping and reconciliations
- Experience building or maintaining Power BI dashboards
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint
- A clear understanding of CapEx vs. OpEx, budgeting cycles and multi-currency reconciliation
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet recurring weekly, monthly and annual deadlines
- Explicit communication skills for working with global stakeholders and external vendors
