What We Are Looking For A passionate International Travel Consultant who understands international destinations, stays, routes, travel requirements, and traveller behaviour, and can convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. Someone who is energetic, persuasive, customer-friendly, and genuinely enjoys helping people plan and experience international travel.

Key Responsibilities Area

Sales & Conversions





- Handle international travel inquiries through calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings through strong and timely follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences and budgets.
- Recommend suitable international packages and itineraries.
- Consistently work towards and achieve monthly sales targets.

Itinerary & Package Planning

- Create customised international travel itineraries and packages.
- Plan trips across Southeast Asia and the Middle East, including destinations such as Bali, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia and Dubai.
- Suggest suitable hotels, activities, transfers and special experiences.
- Ensure packages are aligned with customer expectations, preferences and budget.

Customer Experience

- Provide end-to-end assistance from inquiry to travel completion.
- Build trust with customers by understanding their requirements and providing clear, relevant guidance.
- Handle customer queries, changes, upgrades and other travel-related requirements.
- Provide clear information regarding visa documentation, requirements and travel guidelines.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a smooth travel experience.

Coordination & Operations Support

- Coordinate with the operations team for bookings, confirmations and travel arrangements.
- Maintain accurate documentation, MIS reports, booking sheets and payment trackers.




- Ensure timely and accurate communication across customers and internal teams.
- Ensure all booking and travel-related information is updated accurately.

- What Makes You a Great Fit?

- 0.6+ months of experience in international travel consulting or sales.
- Strong knowledge of Southeast Asia and Middle East destinations.
- Good understanding of hotels, transfers, activities and itinerary planning.
- Excellent communication, persuasion and customer-handling skills.
- Strong follow-up and sales conversion skills.
- Good at multitasking while maintaining accuracy.
- Customer-first approach with a strong sense of ownership.
- Passion for international travel and creating memorable customer journeys.
