Roles and Responsibilities
- Connect with international customers through inbound and outbound calls.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and services.
- Explain product features and benefits to prospective customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and maximize sales opportunities.
- Build strong customer relationships through effective communication.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Handle customer queries and maintain a high standard of customer service.




- Maintain accurate customer records and follow company policies and quality guidelines.
