Job SummaryWe are hiring motivated and target-oriented International Sales Executives for our US Sales process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, strong persuasion abilities, and a passion for sales. The role involves engaging with US customers, pitching products or services, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle outbound and/or inbound sales calls with US customers.
- Understand customer needs and pitch relevant products or services.
- Generate sales and achieve individual and team targets.
- Negotiate effectively and convert potential customers into sales.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
- Follow company sales processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.

Candidate Requirements




- Minimum 8 months of International Sales experience in an International BPO preferred.
- Freshers with excellent English communication skills may also be considered.
- HSC pass or graduate; graduation is not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Strong sales attitude and target-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working in a permanent US night shift.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
