Global Talent Square (2COMS Group) is looking for passionate and target-driven professionals to join our Kolkata team.

Location: Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata

Experience: Freshers / 6 months+ experience

Work Mode: Onsite

Salary: Up to ₹3 LPA

Requirements

- Experience in counselling, recruitment, sales, telecalling, or EdTech preferred.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and candidate engagement skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
- Proactive, result-oriented approach with good interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel candidates on international career opportunities.
- Coordinate between candidates and global employers.
- Handle candidate sourcing, screening, and recruitment activities.




- Convert leads into enrollments and successful closures.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain candidate engagement.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Maintain candidate records and update CRM systems.
- Stay updated on international job markets, visa processes, and migration regulations.
