Role Description The Intern – ERP Next role is a full time, remote position focused on supporting the configuration, testing, and optimization of ERPNext modules used across the organization. On a day-to-day basis, the intern will assist in gathering business requirements, mapping them to ERPNext features, and helping configure workflows, forms, and reports under guidance from senior team members. The role includes documenting processes, preparing user guides, and supporting end users with basic troubleshooting and issue reporting.

The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate data,



participate in system testing, and contribute ideas to improve efficiency and usability. This position is designed to offer hands-on exposure to ERP systems, business processes, and startup operations.

Qualifications

- Foundational understanding of ERP systems or business process workflows, with a keen interest in learning ERPNext.
- Basic knowledge of databases, software applications, or web technologies, and comfort working with digital tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in a remote team environment.
- Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work independently under guidance in a full-time internship setting.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Interest in startups, willingness to take initiative, and openness to learning new tools and methodologies.
