We’re looking for a detail-oriented 'Junior Interior Designer' to join our design team, working on managed office spaces and large corporate fit-outs. The role focuses on technical drafting, space planning, and coordinating interior layouts with electrical and HVAC requirements.

Key responsibilities

Develop detailed AutoCAD drawings, including furniture layouts, dimension plans, reflected ceiling plans, flooring layouts, elevations, and sections.

Prepare MEP, lighting, switching, power, and data-point layouts in coordination with the design team.

Identify clashes between interior elements and building services, and support their resolution.

Maintain coordinated drawing sets, revision records, and as-built documentation.

Support site teams and vendors with drawing clarifications.





What we’re looking for A degree or diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.

1–3 years of relevant experience in corporate interiors or commercial office fit-outs (bonus if it involves tech-park projects)

Robust proficiency in AutoCAD and a sound understanding of technical drawings.

Exposure to large floor plates, tech parks, or multi-tenant office projects.

A working understanding of electrical, lighting, HVAC, and other building services coordination.

- Ability to manage revisions and work collaboratively with designers, consultants, and execution teams.
