Role Description The Injection Molding Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring injection molding machines to produce auto components according to defined specifications and production plans. This full-time, on-site role is based in Faridabad and involves setting up machines, preparing molds, loading materials, and adjusting process parameters to ensure consistent output. The operator performs routine checks on product quality, identifies deviations, and works with the team to correct issues promptly.

Daily tasks include performing basic preventive maintenance, maintaining cleanliness and safety around the work area, documenting production data, and collaborating with supervisors and quality staff to meet production targets and safety standards.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess skills in Machine Operation and Injection Molding, including setup, parameter adjustment, and troubleshooting of molding equipment.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control and inspection, with the ability to check parts against specifications and identify defects.
- Candidates should possess skills in handling Injections and related molding processes, ensuring accurate material loading and process consistency.
- Candidates should possess skills in Preventive Maintenance for machines, including routine checks, basic servicing, and timely reporting of technical issues.
- Relevant experience in plastic or auto component manufacturing, ideally in an injection molding environment.
- Understanding of safety procedures in industrial settings and commitment to workplace health and safety standards.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, production schedules, and basic technical drawings or specifications.
- Minimum high school or equivalent education; a technical diploma or certification in mechanical, plastics, or production trades is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability in shift work, and willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
