We are seeking an experienced Structural Manager to lead structural engineering, design coordination, and construction execution for industrial facilities, including factories, warehouses, manufacturing plants, and pre-engineered buildings (PEB). The role ensures project delivery within schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of structural construction activities.
- Review structural designs, calculations,



drawings, and technical specifications.
- Manage foundations, piling, RCC structures, structural steel, PEB, industrial flooring, and equipment foundations.
- Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, clients, and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Ensure compliance with applicable IS, ACI, AISC, Eurocode, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, material procurement, contractor performance, and cost optimization.
- Drive quality inspections, risk assessments, design optimization, and value engineering.
- Lead and mentor structural engineers, site engineers, and supervisors.

Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering with relevant experience in industrial construction projects. Robust expertise in structural execution, design coordination, project management, and stakeholder handling is preferred.
