Role Description The Industrial Sales Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Jamshedpur. This role is responsible for generating and managing industrial sales for compressors, DG sets, fire pumps, conveyor accessories, lubricants, and related products. Day-to-day activities include visiting customer sites, understanding technical requirements, preparing quotations, and providing product demonstrations and technical clarifications.

The Industrial Sales

Engineer will build and maintain relationships with B2B clients,



coordinate with service teams for after-sales support, and follow up on orders, deliveries, and payments. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities, tracking market trends, and maintaining accurate sales reports and forecasts.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in Sales and Sales Management for industrial products and solutions.
- Ability to manage Customer Service activities, including technical support and after-sales follow-up.
- Experience in Business Development, including prospecting, lead generation, and account growth.
- Understanding of Automation and industrial systems, with the ability to interpret technical specifications.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior experience in industrial equipment, compressors, DG sets, pumps, or related products is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with proficiency in basic MS Office tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage field travel, and maintain detailed documentation and reports.
