About the RoleAmitus World Immigration is looking for a knowledgeable and client-focused Immigration Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in immigration processes, visa documentation, client counselling, and application management for overseas opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel clients regarding immigration options, including work visas, tourist visas, permanent residency (PR), and spousal visas.
- Assess client profiles based on education, work experience, skills, and immigration objectives.
- Explain eligibility criteria, application procedures, documentation requirements, processing timelines, and applicable fees.
- Review client documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with application preparation, submission, and follow-ups.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide updates on their application status.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth case handling and a positive client experience.




- Maintain accurate client records and follow company policies and applicable immigration regulations.
- Support lead conversion through qualified counselling and timely follow-ups.
- Ensure all guidance is transparent, ethical, and based on current immigration requirements.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in immigration consultancy.
- Knowledge of PR, tourist visas, work permits, and spousal visa processes.
- Strong communication, counselling, and client-handling skills.
- Good understanding of immigration documentation and application procedures.
- Ability to manage multiple client cases and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, email, and client management systems.
- A client-focused attitude with strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
