Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad. This role involves overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.

The Human Resources

Manager will develop and implement HR policies, manage payroll and benefits in coordination with finance, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards. Daily responsibilities include supporting managers with talent planning, handling employee relations and conflict resolution, conducting training and development initiatives, and maintaining accurate HR records and reports.



The role also requires partnering with leadership to build a positive work culture aligned with Texo Prefab World’s values and growth objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong HR operations and administration skills, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee life-cycle management.
- Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, counseling, and fostering a fair, inclusive, and engaging work environment.
- Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, HR policies, and best practices relevant to the construction or manufacturing sector.
- Competence in training, development, and talent management, including identifying skill gaps and organizing learning programs.
- Proficiency in HRIS or HR management software, MS Office, and data-driven HR reporting and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree or HR certification is an advantage.
- Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR generalist role, preferably in construction, prefab, manufacturing, or related industries.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
