? Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced HVAC Design Lead to lead HVAC design and engineering for high-rise buildings, commercial complexes, airports, and other large-scale infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in HVAC system design, load calculations, equipment selection, and multidisciplinary coordination.

? Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead HVAC design for high-rise buildings, commercial projects, airports, and other complex buildings.
- Perform heating and cooling load calculations, ventilation analysis, and equipment sizing.
- Design HVAC systems, including chilled water systems, VRF/VRV, AHUs, FCUs, ducting, and ventilation systems.
- Prepare and review HVAC layouts, schematics, equipment schedules, and technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with applicable ASHRAE standards, NBC guidelines, and relevant local codes.
- Coordinate with Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, Structural, and Architectural teams.
- Review drawings, identify design clashes, and resolve technical issues.
- Supervise design deliverables, ensure quality, and meet project timelines.




- Support client meetings, technical discussions, and design reviews.

? Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering may be considered with relevant design experience.
- Knowledge of HVAC design standards, building services, and energy-efficient systems is essential.

? Required Experience & Skills

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in HVAC design for building projects.
- Experience in high-rise buildings, commercial complexes, airports, or other large-scale projects is preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP; knowledge of Navisworks is an advantage.
- Solid knowledge of HVAC load calculations, duct sizing, chilled water systems, ventilation, and equipment selection.
- Understanding of BIM workflows, interdisciplinary coordination, and clash detection.
- Excellent analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
