Scope

Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations and the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit, ensuring efficient HR processes, compliance, employee engagement, accurate documentation, and a positive employee experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, employee data changes, and exit formalities.
- HR Operations: Manage HR policies, employee records, documentation, HR letters, and day-to-day HR operations.

Background Verification:

Ensure smooth joining formalities, background checks, induction, and completion of required documentation.
- Payroll &

Benefits Coordination:

Coordinate attendance, leave, payroll inputs, employee advantages, and full-and-final settlements with relevant teams.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, resolve workplace issues, guide managers on HR policies, and maintain positive employee relations.
- Performance & Employee Development: Coordinate performance reviews, probation assessments, confirmation processes, and employee development initiatives.
- Exit Management: Oversee resignation processing, exit interviews, clearance, final settlements,



and relieving documentation.
- HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, company policies, and audit standards.
- HRMS & Reporting: Maintain accurate employee data, oversee HRMS processes, prepare HR reports, and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Team & Stakeholder Management: Lead the HR operations team and collaborate with business leaders, managers, finance, and IT to ensure effective HR service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant experience managing HR operations and the complete employee lifecycle, preferably in an IT organization.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, employee documentation, payroll coordination, and labour compliance.
- Experience with HRMS platforms, HR reporting, and process improvement.
- Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information and manage multiple priorities effectively.
