Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR team with recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and day-to-day HR activities. This role is suitable for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in human resources.

key Responsibilities

Assist in posting job openings on job portals and social media.





Source candidates and screen resumes based on job requirements.

Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interviews.

Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and joining dates.

Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

Support employee onboarding and document collection.

Assist in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.

Requirements

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word
- Robust organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Interest in recruitment and HR operations.
