What you’ll do

- Handle inbound chats and calls from job seekers on Instagram, WhatsApp and phone
- Understand each person’s background, target roles and job search challenges
- Explain our job search plans clearly and recommend the right pack
- Follow up with interested leads and convert them into customers




- Maintain lead records and track conversations daily

What we’re looking for

- Final-year students or recent graduates (MBA in HR preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Comfort with talking to professionals and handling objections politely
- A basic understanding of hiring and job search in India
- Self-discipline to work remotely and full time
