Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations and support the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through performance management and offboarding.

Responsibilities include maintaining and implementing HR policies, handling employee relations matters, managing HR documentation and records, and supporting compliance with relevant labor regulations. The role will also involve coordinating payroll inputs, leave management,



and benefits administration, as well as organizing training, engagement activities, and performance review processes. This is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad, working closely with management and team members to foster a positive, productive workplace.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including workforce planning and talent acquisition.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Operations and HR Policies, including documentation, compliance, and process implementation.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and employee engagement.
- Solid knowledge of local labor laws, HR best practices, and ethical HR standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently on-site in Ahmedabad and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant academic qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in an HR executive or similar role, preferably within engineering, manufacturing, or technology environments.
