This is a full time role based at NCR. You will be responsible for 'Talent hunt & acquisition' through enrolments and team management, analytical skills, communication, training, and positioning the TE&R; program as a consistently recommended service.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Be the primary contributor to the development and implementation of the 'Talent Encouragement & Recruitment' program (TE&R;).
- Utilize HR analytics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Manage and organize each batch to ensure accurate employee participation & performance information.
- Channelize to actively communicate and collaborate with the dean, academic director, and placement directors to effectively pitch compelling aspects of the TE&R; program.
- Engage with universities/colleges/institutes to align and strongly imbibe the exceptional use case of the TE&R; program to the needs and provides of their academic curriculum.
- Develop financial literacy curriculum improvisations for aspirant batches.




- Support training and development initiatives for the program, consistent performance assessment, and management of current batches as well the final hires with TE&R; practices.
