Role Description The Human Resource Intern (Urgent) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. The intern will assist with day-to-day HR activities such as maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, and helping organize training or engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, preparing basic HR documentation, updating HR databases, and supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures. The intern will also help respond to employee queries, assist in benefit-related communications,



and collaborate with HR team members on ongoing projects and reporting tasks.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in developing practical HR skills.
- Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, and the ability to assist in their communication and documentation.
- Basic experience or coursework in Personnel Management, including maintaining employee data and supporting HR operations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to interact professionally with team members and employees.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools; familiarity with HR software or databases is an advantage.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Lucknow and collaborate in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
