Role & Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and engage qualified IT candidates (developers, DevOps, cloud engineers, QA, etc.) through LinkedIn, job portals, and outreach campaigns.
- Conduct technical screening calls to validate skills, cultural fit, and motivation for IT roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define success metrics, and tailor sourcing strategies.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle—from requisition to offer—ensuring timely, high-quality hires.
- Track and report KPIs (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, source effectiveness)



to optimize recruitment efficiency.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines using CRM/ATS tools and employer branding touchpoints.
