About the Role

You'll own recruitment and day-to-day HR operations across the full employee lifecycle,

from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, performance coordination, and exits.

Recruitment and team building will be your primary focus.

What You'll Do

Recruitment (primary focus)

- Manage end-to-end hiring: gather requirements from department heads, write and publish JDs, and source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Instahyre, and referrals
- Screen CVs, conduct HR interviews, and schedule technical rounds
- Handle salary discussions, offer negotiations, offer letters, and joining formalities
- Maintain an active pipeline and talent pools for frequently hired roles
- Track hiring reports and dashboards, and work to cut time-to-hire while improving candidate quality

HR Operations
- Run onboarding and maintain employee records, contracts, and policy documents
- Manage attendance, leaves, and payroll inputs




- Handle employee queries and resignation and exit formalities, including notice periods
- and handovers

Performance & Engagement
- Coordinate performance reviews, KPI records, probation tracking, appraisals, and
- increments
- Organise engagement activities and feedback initiatives
- Support HR announcements and internal communication

HR Policies
- Help implement and maintain policies on attendance, leave, WFH, code of conduct, and disciplinary procedures

WhatWe're Looking For

- 2-4 years of HR or recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced agency setting
- Experience hiring for Business Development/Sales, Digital Marketing, SEO, Social
- Media, Video Editing, Content Writing, Graphic Design, Web Development, or Performance Marketing (highly preferred)
- Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills
- Valuable knowledge of recruitment platforms
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple open positions at once
- Good Excel/Google Sheets skills
- A professional, confident, and approachable personality
