Xcelerate Ops provides remote back office support to US based service businesses. You will handle HR and day to day operations for a cleaning company in Nashville, Tennessee, working directly with the Operations Manager.

Salary: INR 35,000 to 45,000 per month based on experience, plus performance bonuses from month 3. First increment after 6 months. 2 week paid trial (INR 15,000) first. Start date: Monday, 2 November 2026. Apply by Thursday, 30 October.

Location: Hybrid, Gurgaon Sector 85 base with occasional in person days, rest from home. Fully remote possible for the right candidate within Delhi NCR.

Schedule (IST): Trial weeks are Monday to Saturday, week 1 8:30 PM to 4:00 AM, week 2 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM. Regular schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM and 10:30 PM to 4:30 AM; Sunday 10:00 PM to 3:00 AM from home; Tuesday and Saturday off.

What you will do: run cleaner recruitment end to end (job ads, social media, job boards, referrals, screening and interview calls); handle applicants who mostly write in Spanish using translation tools, no spoken Spanish needed; onboarding paperwork (W4, I9, W9), handbook sign off,



WhatsApp group and Jobber enrolment; keep employee records current in Google Drive; timesheet checks every payroll Wednesday and payroll support; cover scheduling in Jobber, client emails and calls, quotes and payment follow ups when needed; daily inbox triage; use AI tools wherever they make work faster.

Must have: fluent spoken and written English; based in Delhi NCR; comfortable with the schedule above; 1 to 3 years in HR ops, recruitment, admin or an international process (BPO/KPO); a problem solver who takes initiative; adaptable; organised and detail focused; works independently and knows when to escalate; comfortable learning new software; good understanding of AI tools; own laptop and reliable internet.

Valuable to have: basic Spanish reading; Jobber, Excel, Google Sheets, Meta Business Suite.
