We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Head of Events to lead end-to-end event strategy, planning, execution, guest management, RSVP, vendor coordination, marketing and PR activities.

The ideal candidate must have experience managing premium and luxury brand events, with the ability to independently conceptualise and execute high-project launches, exclusive gatherings, events and brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conceptualise and execute luxury brand events, township launches, investor meets, VIP gatherings, conferences and experiential marketing initiatives.
- Own end-to-end invitations, guest lists, RSVP tracking, confirmations, follow-ups, VIP coordination, seating arrangements and guest hospitality.
- Identify, negotiate and coordinate with event agencies, production vendors, decorators, caterers, technical teams and other service providers.
- Coordinate with Brand, Digital Marketing and Social Media teams for event campaigns, invitations, promotions and event coverage.
- Work with PR agencies, media representatives, influencers and key stakeholders to maximise event visibility and coverage.
- Oversee venue selection, event setup, branding, logistics, hospitality, guest experience and on-
- Prepare event budgets, negotiate costs, monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective execution.
- Manage internal teams, external agencies and senior management requirements.

Required Skills:

- 8–12+ years of experience in event management,



experiential marketing or luxury brand activations (Globally)
- Prior experience managing events for premium or luxury brands is mandatory.
- Strong expertise in RSVP management, VIP hospitality, vendor coordination and event execution.
- Proven experience managing high-profile events, brand launches, corporate gatherings and exclusive experiences.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid understanding of event marketing, PR coordination and brand positioning.
- Experience in luxury real estate, hospitality or lifestyle brands will be an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple events, budgets and deadlines independently.
