We are looking for a highly creative, experienced and hands-on Head of Content Production to lead and expand our existing creative team. The candidate will oversee end-to-end content production, from conceptualisation, scripting and visual storytelling to shooting, editing, AI content generation and final delivery.

Prior experience working with premium or luxury brands is mandatory. Experience in luxury real estate will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conceptualise, script and produce brand films, promotional videos, reels, YouTube videos and long-format content.
- Lead visual storytelling, storyboarding, cinematography, shooting, editing and post-production.
- Generate cinematic AI videos, photorealistic visuals and animations using advanced AI tools.
- Manage the existing Graphic Design, Video Editing, Social Media and Performance Marketing teams, while hiring and building additional creative capabilities.
- Plan shoots, coordinate resources and oversee end-to-end execution.
- Set daily and weekly targets on ERP and ensure timely completion of creative assignments.
- Maintain premium visual standards, creative quality and consistent brand storytelling across platforms.

Requirement:

- 8–12+ years of experience in content production, filmmaking,



advertising or creative leadership.
- Mandatory experience working with premium / luxury brands.
- Experience in luxury real estate, branded residences or integrated townships will be an added advantage.
- Robust expertise in scripting, cinematography, video editing and visual storytelling.
- Advanced knowledge of AI tools such as Runway, Kling, Higgsfield, Midjourney and Google AI tools.
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and other creative software.
- Proven experience building and managing multidisciplinary creative teams.
