We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with 4+ years of experience to join our team. B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science or a related technical field or proof of exceptional skills in related fields with practical software engineering experience.

1. ServiceNow ITOM & CMDB Developer.

Experience: 4-8 Years Primary Skills: -

- ServiceNow ITOM Suite (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management)
- CMDB Design, Administration & Governance
- CI Class Management and CMDB Health Dashboard
- Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE)
- Service Graph Connectors
- MID Server Configuration & Troubleshooting
- Integration Development using REST/SOAP APIs
- ServiceNow Scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts)
- Flow Designer and Integration Hub
- Performance Analytics and Reporting

Key Responsibilities: -

- Design, develop, and maintain CMDB architecture.
- Implement and support Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management solutions.
- Improve CMDB data quality, governance, and compliance.
- Develop integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems.




- Troubleshoot CMDB and ITOM-related issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Support enhancement and optimization initiatives within the ServiceNow platform.

Preferred Skills:

- CIS-Discovery and/or CIS-ITSM Certification.
- Experience in large enterprise ServiceNow environments.
- Knowledge of cloud discovery (AWS, Azure, GCP).

2. ServiceNow HRSD Developer.

Experience: 4-8 Years

- ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD)
- Employee Center / Employee Service Center
- HR Case Management
- HR Knowledge Management
- Lifecycle Events
- Document Management
- Flow Designer and IntegrationHub
- Service Catalog Development
- ServiceNow Scripting & Custom Development
- REST/SOAP Integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and configure HRSD applications and workflows.
- Implement HR Case Management and Employee Center solutions.
- Design and automate HR processes using Flow Designer.
- Build integrations with HR systems and third-party applications.
- Create and maintain HR knowledge articles, services, and catalogs.
- Gather customer requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Support testing, deployment, and production activities.

Preferred Skills:

- ServiceNow HRSD implementation experience.
- CIS-HR Certification.
- Experience working with global HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
