About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Head Chef (Sourdough Baker) to lead our bakery kitchen in Gandhinagar. You will own the sourdough program, from starter maintenance to the final loaf, and ensure consistent quality in every bake.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain sourdough starters and ensure consistent fermentation
- Bake a range of sourdough breads and related bakery items
- Lead and train the kitchen team and manage daily production
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety and quality
- Plan production schedules and manage ingredient inventory




- Work on new recipes and menu ideas

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in baking, with hands-on sourdough expertise
- Strong knowledge of fermentation, hydration and dough handling
- Experience managing a kitchen or bakery team
- Good understanding of food safety standards
- Commitment to quality and consistency
