We are looking for an analytically strong, commercially driven skilled who can take ownership of our end-to-end marketing funnel and turn data into measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

? Monitor and optimize the complete marketing funnel — TOFU, MOFU and BOFU.

? Analyze lead generation, lead quality, follow-ups, conversions and revenue performance.

? Build daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports, dashboards and management presentations.

? Identify funnel leakage, conversion bottlenecks and opportunities to improve marketing ROI.

? Track key metrics such as CAC, CPL, CPQL, ROAS and lead-to-sale conversion.

? Manage CRM reporting, lead lifecycle tracking and marketing automation.

? Work closely with marketing, sales, technology and business teams to improve lead conversion and revenue outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

✅ MBA/PGDM in Marketing,



Business Analytics or a related discipline.

✅ 3–7 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Business Analytics, Revenue Operations or Performance Marketing.

✅ Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel and data analysis.

✅ Working knowledge of Power BI, Looker Studio or Tableau.

✅ Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM, HubSpot or Salesforce.

✅ Understanding of Google Analytics 4, Meta Ads, Google Ads and marketing funnels.

✅ Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred: Experience in real estate, hospitality, wellness, D2C or premium consumer services. SQL and marketing automation knowledge will be an added advantage.

? What We’re Looking For: Someone who goes beyond preparing reports — identifies where leads and revenue are being lost, recommends solutions and drives corrective action.
