About Anovi

Anovi is a nutrition and wellness app designed to make healthy eating simpler, smarter, and more practical. We bring together personalized meal planning, pantry management, grocery planning, nutrition tracking, and wellness insights to help people make informed food choices, simplify everyday decisions, and reduce food waste.Anovi is live on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, serving users in the European market. We're an early-stage startup looking for someone excited to help grow our user base and build something meaningful alongside us.

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive, creative, and results-driven Growth Marketing & User Acquisition Associate to help accelerate Anovi's growth. You'll work directly with the founder to identify growth opportunities, develop marketing initiatives, build partnerships, and attract new users. We're looking for someone who takes ownership, brings fresh ideas, experiments with different approaches, and turns opportunities into measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

User Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to attract new users and drive sustainable growth.

Growth Marketing: Plan and implement creative marketing initiatives across relevant digital channels.

Partnership Development: Identify and build relationships with potential partners, creators, and communities.

Brand Awareness & Content: Strengthen Anovi's online presence and support marketing content distribution.

Market Research: Analyze competitors, audience behavior, and emerging growth opportunities.

Performance Analysis: Track acquisition results, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and continuously improve strategies.

Who We're Looking For

and execution more than formal qualifications or years of experience.
- Practical experience or a robust interest in growth marketing, digital marketing, or user acquisition.
- A proactive, resourceful, and independent approach to work.
- Ability to turn ideas into actionable plans and follow through.
- Strong research, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Understanding of digital marketing channels and audience engagement.
- Ability to evaluate results and improve strategies based on data.
- Good written and spoken English.

Nice to have: Experience with consumer apps, the European market, creator partnerships, organic growth, App Store Optimization (ASO), or nutrition and wellness.
