We’re Hiring | Business Development Associate

We are looking for a confident and results-driven Business Development Associate.with experience in B2B calling, lead generation, and professional client communication.

- Experience: 1+ year
- Salary: ₹5.5 LPA (Fixed)
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Working Mode: Remote

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound B2B calls to prospective clients and business leads.
- Identify potential business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
- Communicate effectively with decision-makers and prospective clients.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain professional business relationships.




- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to support business development.
- Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and lead progress.

Must-Have Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of professional experience.

- Prior experience in B2B calling is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in speaking with clients and business decision-makers.
- A proactive approach to lead generation and follow-ups.

Good to Have

- Experience in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions), HR Tech, or the Travel industry.

- Exposure to client acquisition, outbound sales, or business development.
