We are looking for a creative, adaptable, and self-driven Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our growing Digital Marketing team. In this dual-creative role, you will be responsible for bringing our clients' brands to life across digital platforms—creating everything from sleek social media carousels and ad banners to high-engagement Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional brand videos.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creative social media posts, story graphics, carousels, and display ad banners for a diverse roster of client accounts.
- Maintain and uphold visual brand identity, style guidelines, and consistency across client campaigns.
- Edit rapid-paced, thumb-stopping short-form videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Meta ad formats).
- Trim raw footage, add transitions, kinetic typography/subtitles, audio mixing, color correction, and visual effects.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, performance marketers, and social media strategists to brainstorm trending concepts.
- Stay ahead of social media design trends, meme culture, transitions, viral audio, and digital advertising formats.




- Manage project timelines effectively and iterate based on internal feedback and client revisions.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements & Skills)

- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in visual design and video editing.
- Prior experience in a digital marketing / advertising agency is a strong plus.
- Design Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, or Canva.
- Video EditingTools : Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Core Competencies:
- Strong foundation in typography, visual hierarchy, color theory, layout composition, and pacing.
- Deep understanding of social media formats (aspect ratios, safe zones, hook timing, retention tactics).
- Ability to handle multiple fast-turnaround deliverables in an agile agency setting.
