About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Golang Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Go (Golang), backend development, APIs, databases, and building scalable and high-performance applications.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing backend services while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable and high-performance applications using Golang.
- Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases and ensure efficient data handling and query performance.
- Design and implement scalable and reliable backend architectures.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues and production bugs.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, product teams, and other stakeholders to deliver new features.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining coding and development standards.
- Work with version control systems and follow structured software development practices.
- Contribute to Agile development processes, sprint planning, and technical discussions.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Golang development.
- Strong proficiency in Go (Golang) and a valuable understanding of Go programming concepts.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, HTTP, JSON, and web services.
- Good understanding of SQL databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with database design, queries, and optimization.
- Good knowledge of Git and version control systems.
- Understanding of concurrency, goroutines, channels, and error handling in Go.
- Experience with backend application development and service-oriented architectures.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.

Good to Have

- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of Docker and containerization.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies.
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Redis.
- Understanding of application security and performance optimization.
