Role Description:

The HR Analytics Trainer will deliver engaging, practical online training sessions focused on HR analytics concepts, tools, and applications to diverse learner groups. This full time remote role involves designing and updating course content, creating assignments, case studies, and assessments that reflect real-world HR scenarios and data-driven decision-making. The trainer will support learners through doubt-clearing sessions, feedback on performance,



and ongoing mentorship to help them apply HR analytics in professional settings.

The role also includes collaborating with academic and product teams to enhance curriculum quality, maintaining training documentation, and staying current with emerging trends and technologies in HR analytics and human capital management.

Qualifications:

- Candidates should possess solid Human Resources (HR) knowledge, including exposure to HR metrics, workforce analytics, and data-driven HR practices.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for explaining complex analytical concepts clearly and interacting with diverse learner groups.
- Candidates should possess Coaching skills to guide, mentor, and support learners in applying HR analytics tools and methodologies.
- Relevant experience in HR analytics, people analytics, or HR reporting using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience as a corporate trainer, faculty member, or instructor in HR or analytics will be an advantage.
