Role Description The Front Office Associate is a full-time, on-site position based at Zip by Spree Hotel R Group Kota in Jawahar Nagar, Kota, Rajasthan. Daily responsibilities include handling phone calls, responding to guest queries, coordinating with housekeeping and other departments, and ensuring the front desk area remains organized and presentable.

Qualifications

- Solid customer service and guest relationship skills, with the ability to handle check-in and check-out efficiently.

- Clear and professional communication skills, including effective phone etiquette and the ability to interact confidently with guests and team members.
