Role Description The Freelance Video Editor will work full time on-site at our Kolkata location, collaborating closely with the marketing and real estate teams to produce high-quality video content.

Responsibilities include editing property walkthroughs, promotional videos, and client testimonials, as well as assembling raw footage into polished, engaging stories aligned with brand guidelines. The role involves performing basic to advanced color grading, adding motion graphics and titles, and integrating audio elements such as music and voice-overs.

Editor will organize and manage video assets, maintain consistent visual standards across projects, and deliver files in formats suitable for digital platforms and presentations. Coordination with stakeholders for feedback, revisions, and timely delivery of videos is an essential part of the day-to-day work.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills in Video Production and Video Editing for creating compelling property and promotional videos.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure visually consistent and appealing output.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to enhance videos with visual elements, titles, and animations.
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and basic audio editing capabilities.
- Strong visual storytelling ability, attention to detail, and a portfolio demonstrating relevant video work.
- Ability to work on-site in Kolkata, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to interact with marketing, sales, and project teams.
- Relevant education or certification in film, media, design, or a related field is beneficial, though equivalent experience is also valued.
