Role Description The Founder’s Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, working closely with the founder to support strategic initiatives and daily operations.

Responsibilities include coordinating key projects, tracking progress on company objectives, and preparing reports, presentations, and dashboards for decision-making. The role involves managing internal and external communications, conducting market and competitor research, and supporting brand-building and digital initiatives. The Founder’s Officer will also help streamline processes,



organize meetings and follow-ups, and ensure timely execution of priorities across teams and partners.

Qualifications

- Strong organizational, project management, and time-management skills to handle multiple initiatives with attention to detail.
- Analytical and research skills for preparing reports, conducting market analysis, and supporting data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presentations, documentation, and stakeholder interactions.
- Comfort with digital tools and platforms, including basic proficiency in productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, collaboration tools).
