About the RoleWe are looking for a high-ownership Founder's Associate Intern to work directly with the founder on cross-functional projects spanning strategy, AI integration, product experience, and business operations.

In this role, you will act as a force multiplier for the leadership team—tackling high-priority strategic initiatives, implementing AI-driven workflows, optimizing team operations, and turning ambiguous challenges into structured outcomes.

What You'll Do

- Direct Founder Support: Work closely with the founder on high-impact strategic, operational, and growth priorities
- AI & • Workflow Integration:

Build, test, and deploy AI-powered workflows (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to optimize company-wide efficiency
- Strategy & • Market Research:

Research emerging tools, market trends, competitor landscapes, and new product opportunities
- Process & • Systems Architecture:

Document team workflows, internal operating systems, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Product & • UX QA:

Test products and digital learning experiences to identify usability improvements and product enhancements
- Cross-Functional Execution: Coordinate across hiring, operations, curriculum, and creative teams to ensure seamless execution
- Agile Ownership: Take immediate ownership of evolving high-priority projects with speed and precision

What We're Looking For

Good to Have
- Experience leveraging AI productivity & generation tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Notion AI)
- Familiarity with Notion, Google Workspace, or contemporary project management platforms
- Strong passion for edtech, startups, business building, product development, or AI implementation
- Prior leadership, project management, or entrepreneurial initiative experience
