Run paid campaigns from inside Slack, with an AI agent doing the heavy lifting.

Grayn is a proactive AI for consumer marketing. It connects to Slack, Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4 and RevenueCat, and works right inside the team's Slack.

About the role

We're looking for hands-on paid media specialists to be deployed with our clients. You'll work inside each client's Slack, use Grayn as your agent to study their business, pull Meta, Google, GA4 and RevenueCat data and build campaign reports. Then you bring the judgment: check the output, decide the next move and talk to the client.

What you'll do

· Run and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns for client accounts

· Use Grayn in Slack to research each client's business and competitors and pull performance data

· Build clear campaign reports and recommend next steps

· Review and verify AI-generated output before it reaches the client

· Communicate directly with clients in Slack and on calls

Working hours (must-have)

You'll be allocated to a client in one of these time zones and must be available during their business hours:

· London: approx 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST

· US Eastern: approx 7:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST

· US Pacific: approx 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM IST

Applicants who can't commit to their allocated hours won't be considered.

Must-have

· Hands-on experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads with real budgets

· Solid understanding of analytics, attribution and conversion tracking (GA4)

· Excellent spoken and written English. This is a client-facing role

· Comfortable working London, US Eastern or US Pacific hours as allocated

· Comfortable briefing an AI agent and checking its work

Nice to have

· Experience with subscription or app businesses (RevenueCat)

· Prior experience working with US or UK clients

Engagement

Open to full-time, part-time or consulting arrangements.
