Role Description As a Founder Office Intern at Astra Trihbe, you will support the founding team with day-to-day operational, strategic, and creative tasks. Typical responsibilities include conducting market and competitor research, preparing presentations and reports, assisting with planning events and community initiatives, and coordinating communication across internal and external stakeholders. You may help streamline processes, manage documentation, and contribute ideas to new projects and partnerships.

This is an internship role with a hybrid work model, based in Mumbai,



where some tasks can be performed from home while others require in-person collaboration with the team.

Qualifications

- Ability to conduct structured research, analyze information, and summarize insights clearly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare presentations, emails, and basic reports.
- Comfort with using productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, slide decks, task management tools) and learning new software quickly.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated interest in startups, community-building, or creative projects, with a proactive and resourceful mindset.
- Ability to collaborate respectfully with diverse team members and maintain a professional, inclusive work ethic.
