Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Food and Beverage Server role based at Hyatt Place Aurangabad Airport in Aurangabad. The Food and Beverage Server is responsible for welcoming guests, presenting menus, answering questions about food and beverage offerings, and making recommendations based on guest preferences. The role includes taking orders accurately, coordinating with the kitchen and bar, serving food and beverages in a timely manner, and ensuring tables and service areas are clean, organized, and properly set.





Day-to-day tasks also involve processing payments, following hygiene and safety standards, supporting breakfast and other meal services, and responding to guest requests or concerns with professionalism and courtesy. The server works closely with the wider hotel team to uphold Hyatt service standards and contribute to a positive, efficient dining experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to engage guests courteously and build positive relationships.
- Candidates should possess solid Food Service and Food & Beverage skills, including basic product knowledge and service etiquette.
- Candidates should possess transparent and professional Communication skills for taking orders, coordinating with team members, and addressing guest inquiries.
- Prior experience in hotel, restaurant, or hospitality service is beneficial.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, handle multiple tables, and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related training or certification is preferred.
