About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and collaborative FM Transformation Global Business Analyst to support the design and delivery of global Facilities Management (FM) transformation initiatives.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions by translating complex operational requirements into clear, actionable deliverables. You will work closely with global stakeholders, Product teams, Process Owners, Technology teams, Data specialists, and Change leads to ensure solutions are aligned with business objectives and successfully adopted across the organization.

What You'll Do

Business Analysis & Requirements Management

- Lead discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process analysis activities.
- Gather, analyze, prioritize, and validate business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Translate requirements into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and supporting documentation.
- Maintain end-to-end traceability of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Process Transformation

- Document and analyze current-state and future-state processes.
- Identify process gaps, improvement opportunities, risks, and dependencies.
- Support the development and adoption of global standard processes while evaluating legitimate localization needs.

Stakeholder Engagement

- Partner with global, regional, and local stakeholders to align on requirements, priorities, and business outcomes.
- Facilitate discussions across cross-functional teams to resolve conflicts, clarify requirements,



and drive decision-making.
- Build strong relationships with Product, Technology, Data, Change Management, and Deployment teams.

Agile Delivery Support

- Participate in backlog refinement, solution reviews, demonstrations, and sprint activities.
- Support Agile delivery teams by ensuring requirements remain clear, prioritized, and aligned with business objectives.
- Assist in managing requirement changes and assessing impacts on scope, processes, integrations, and deployment plans.

Testing & Business Readiness

- Define business scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, and business validation activities.
- Contribute to deployment readiness, training requirements, operational procedures, and transition-to-support planning.

Governance & Continuous Improvement

- Maintain analysis artifacts, decisions, approvals, and documentation repositories.
- Support business case development, benefits realization, and transformation governance activities.
- Promote best practices, standards, templates, and continuous improvement across the FM Transformation organization.

What You'll Bring

Experience

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within digital transformation, enterprise technology, or complex process improvement programs.
- Experience working in Agile environments using Scrum, Kanban, or similar methodologies.




- Demonstrated success supporting requirements management from discovery through deployment.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams and stakeholders preferred.

- Strong expertise in:
- Requirements elicitation and management
- Process mapping and process improvement
- Gap analysis and impact assessment
- User stories and acceptance criteria development
- Requirements traceability and governance
- UAT and business acceptance processes
- Understanding of:

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Certification in Business Analysis (IIBA, BCS, CBAP, CCBA or equivalent) preferred.
- Experience within Facilities Management (FM), CMMS, Asset Management, Work Order Management, Field Service, or Service Management platforms is advantageous.
