Role Description The Food and Beverage Assistant will support daily restaurant and dining operations, ensuring guests receive timely, courteous, and qualified service.

Responsibilities include assisting with food preparation and plating, serving food and beverages,



setting up and clearing tables, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in service areas. The role involves coordinating with kitchen and service teams, managing guest requests, and upholding brand standards for presentation and hospitality. This is a full time, on-site role based at Sayaji Hotels Ltd in Gangtok.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Food & Beverage operations and Food Service.
- Candidates should possess skills in Food Preparation and basic kitchen support.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills.
- Prior experience in hotel, restaurant, or hospitality service is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene practices, and basic POS or billing systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, collaborate in a team environment, and remain calm during peak service hours.
